50 Words or Less, Vol. IX: Recently Repurchased
Tuesday, March 21, 2017
Sometimes I'll say "oh yeah, I'd totally repurchase...." about a product but that doesn't ever happen. Between how fast paced the beauty world is (doesn't social media make it feel like something new is constantly being churned out?) and how easy it is to order a product online, it's easy to succumb to cosmetic FOMO. Here's a bunch of products that I keep returning to because I just really, really like them.
Dolce & Gabbana The Perfect Luminous Liquid Foundation. Review here.
I just wasn't happy with the new-to-me foundations I was trying out, returned to this one. Ahhh, it's so good, keeps my skin from dehydrating. My shade was also backordered for a while at Nordstrom.
BECCA Beach Tint in Watermelon. Review here.
The top tube is one gifted to me like... 6 years ago and I used it until the very last drop. I've worn this hundreds of times! Easy decision to repurchase.
[A'Pieu] Moist Creamy Concealer. Review here.
I'm close to empty on my tube of #5 Sand and liked it so much that I reordered it, as much as shade #4 Beige (pics soon). Fantastic and under $7.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Black
It's very affordable and while it does transfer some, I like the pigmentation. I use this as a waterline pencil when I need a jet back.
Jordana FabuLiner
Similarly, this Jordana liner is budget friendly. It draws fine lines, is not waterproof but has nice pigmentation. Feathers a bit, needs eyeshadow primer underneath.
I was absolutely bummed out when I found my pink one broken in my purse after five years. I immediately ordered a new one (Amazon Prime!).
Holika Holika Sweet Cotton Lazy Easy Gudetama Edition Pact
Ok, so not exactly the same product, but a clone. They're similar enough. Finely milled pressed powder that leaves a tiny bit of a white cast on initial makeup application, I like keeping this in my purse.
