Good afternoon!

NYC-based Cirque Colors recently released a set of nail color basics called the Back to Basics Set. This contains your quintessential base coat and top coat, as well as a white creme and black creme. I've been testing them out and I'm quite happy to say they get a thumbs up from me.

Good afternoon!

Today I've created a look to go hand in hand with my new Firmoo glasses. I've been a devout contacts wearer for close to two decades but you can bet that I always have a pair of trusty glasses nearby, just in case. I was able to pick out this fantastic pair of large rimmed retro-looking glasses and decided that it deserved red lipstick to go along with it.

Good morning!

I'm still experiencing difficulties with my ISP but I promise that I'm trying to blog whenever I can! You know, blogging has been a part of my life for so long (we're coming up on FIVE YEARS this fall) that it is making me pretty antsy to not post at least a few times a week.

Anyways, last month I snagged something awesome from a blogsale. I had been wanting to try out the Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Intense Silk Eyeshadow range ever since I finally got on the L'Oreal Infallible bandwagon last year. GA ETKs were supposed to be the older, more complex relations of the L'Oreal Infallible range. For months I mulled over which shade I would pick to try first... and believe it or not, my inability to decide kept me from pulling the trigger. When I saw #24 on a blogsale, it was just the impetus I needed.

Good afternoon!

Today I have a few of the limited edition collection by Glam Polish called You're Never Too Old to be Young. The three shades I have are all chameleon-like multichrome holographic polishes, each one is dazzling to behold in both sun and shade. The three shades are (left to right) Fixer Upper, Hakuna Matata and Sleeping Beauty.

Good afternoon!

I was recently given the opportunity to review Glossybox, one of the more well known beauty subscription boxes and I eagerly accepted because I had heard generally good things about the service. My first Glossybox happens to be a special box, in celebration of their 3rd birthday, Glossybox included a special Kryolan for Glossybox highlighter in all boxes and the theme was #eyesnightout. Let's see what other things I received!
