EOTD: Featuring YSL Pure Chromatics No. 8
Tuesday, May 13, 2014
Hi folks! First I'd like to thank you all for the comments on yesterday's personal post. It means a lot to me. Truly.
I recently picked up my first YSL eye item, YSL Pure Chromatics No. 8, which I'll definitely review in the future in detail but I wanted to share this first look I created with it.
Here, I'm using three of the four colors, the top two shades and the bottom left color. I also used a black matte eyeshadow to create and blend the smokey winged shadow, a technique I'm rather fond of. Saves me the step of applying crisp eyeliner, it's easy to achieve with just black eyeshadow and highly forgiving.
I used:
Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Powder Duo in Granite
Eyes: LORAC Behind The Scenes Eye Primer, YSL Pure Chromatics No. 8, Rock & Republic Fatalistic, Cover Girl Flamed Out Mascara
Have you been pleasantly surprised by a brand or new makeup item recently?
