Layla Misty Blush

My wonderful friend Gaby (known on Twitter and Instagram as @LacquerLoon) sent me a decant of a Layla polish recently, my first Layla ever. It was the shade Misty Blush and it absolutely knocked my socks off.

How did they stuff so much holo in one bottle!? This is two coats over Sinful Colors Mesmerize. Layla holos are the matte variety, so it helps to either buff your nails before application or wear it over an aqua base coat or corresponding base color. The base color is this burgundy...but it's hard to see the base color in the sun because it literally looks like a rainbow explosion. So wonderful! I really think it knocks any holo I already owned out of the water.
