Neon Sugar Spun Manicure

I impulsively bought a bunch of neons the last time Sinful Colors was on sale at Walgreens. They were so cheery and so damn bright. Now the hard part- trying to figure out an attractive way to wear them.
Remember my earlier manicure using this technique? I said I wanted to try it without topcoat so that it has more of a 3D effect, like drizzling on top of chocolate dipped strawberries.
I painted skittles of various neons-all Sinful Colors- Neon Melon, Dream On, Summer Peach and Pink then used Wet'n'Wild Black Creme "spun" on top.
